Sergeant Major Ahmed Shaheer

Sergeant Major Ahmed Shaheer is currently appointed as the Sergeant Major of Coast Guard.

Sergeant major Ahmed Shaheer Enlisted in the Maldives National Defense Force (MNDF) on 26th January 1989.

During his 27 years of service he has been nominated many enlisted posts including captain of 20 meter inshore petrol vassel, Senior Enlisted leader of Coast Guard.

He has completed various trainings include, Coastal navigation Course, Special Task Force Training, Drill Instructor Course, Police management Course, N.C.O Advance Course, and trilateral table top excise (SRILANKA).

Sergeant major Ahmed Shaheer has been decorated with Good Conduct Ribbon for three, MNDF Service Ribbon, Dedicated Service Ribbon, Long Services Ribbon, presidential ribbon, SAARC Medal. Centenary Medal, Good Conduct Meal, and Defense Force Service Medal.

Sergeant major Ahmed Shaheer is married and is blessed with three children.
