Develop doctrine, policies and plans in the area of Command, Control, Communication and Computer (C4) needed in carrying out the responsibilities of MNDF.
Provide advice and guidance needed for development of C4 in MNDF.
Give guidance for the formulation of C4 policies and coordinate the same at Strategic and Operational levels.
Formulate Plans and staff estimates for C4 support for Joint Operations.
