MNDF Medical Corps has commenced a CPR AED training program for the staff of Summer Island Resort

MNDF Medical Corps has commenced a CPR/AED training program for the employees of Summer Island Resort.

10 employees of the resort will take part in the three-day program commenced on September 19th at Summer Island Resort.

The training program will focus on the function of respiratory and circulatory systems of the human body and proper ways to perform CPR and what to take into consideration while performing CPR. Moreover, participants will be taught how to use automated external defibrillator machines in saving lives.

CPR is an emergency lifesaving procedure performed when the heart stops beating, and AED is a machine that restores the heartbeat.

Personnel of MNDF Medical Corps will convey information to the participants at the program.
